Happy Days are Here Again
The king salmon abundance index took a big bounce upwards for 2009
We’re expecting strong king fishing throughout the season and you’ll enjoy good regulations in July and August again. We’re back to a one king per day, 3 per season limit with a 28 inch minimum throughout the season. Gone are the decreases in annual limit from three to two in the first half of July. And, even better, gone is the nearly unattainable 48 inch minimum that haunted us from July 16th until the end of the season in 2008. All indicators point to an even stronger abundance index in 2010.
We’ve still got great dates available on our schedule in July and August – a time when kings and silvers school together, staging some of the wildest bites of the year. You can book your dates by phone at (800) 297-3380, or fill out our online reservation form.
